It is the duty of the person to make sure that all reports are in order for easy accessibility, to microfiche and to reproduce for police officers and the general public. The person will enter new streets, intersections and information on police personnel into computer to keep the system current. This individual is answerable for responding phones, providing callers with information pertaining to reports and assisting customers in the lobby with directions and contacts throughout the building. In addition Data Entry will manage individual background investigations for business and public.
Requirement
6 months or 1 year of experience in bookkeeping
Education
High school diploma
