Job Description:
The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all inbound transactions, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and filed correctly, and communicating effectively with the title company and property sellers.
The Transaction Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that all transactions close in a timely manner as planned.
Additionally, the Transaction Coordinator will help manage the office by keeping supplies stocked, ordering items online as needed, and managing the company's CRM.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $30,000 to $48,000 per year, with potential bonuses and incentives for performance and overall team wins.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound transactions, ensuring all paperwork is complete and filed correctly - Communicate with the title company and property sellers to ensure a smooth transaction process - Ensure that all transactions close in a timely manner as planned - Manage the office by keeping supplies stocked and ordering items online as needed - Manage the company's CRM and keep it updated daily - Ideally have a notary commission in either Missouri or Kansas - Be a self-starter and able to work independently - Be creative and have ideas to help improve the company constantly - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy - Be able to work 9am to 5pm full-time hours, with occasional runs to sign documents and deliver documents when and where needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Experience working in a real estate or similar industry is preferred - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM system - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to problem-solve and think critically - Possession of a notary commission in either Missouri or Kansas is preferred If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator.
