Candidate must exhibit a Hilton-pride work ethic; have strong employment history background, be energetic, customer service oriented and extremely professional.
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and guest service associates to ensure customer service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
The duties of the position include:
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service, leading by example Ensuring guest service a high level of quality service prior to and throughout their stay Managing guest service associates Training and staff development of guest service associates Ensuring guest service associates are following procedures Create a positive work environment that engages the team to be attentive, courteous, friendly, cheerful and helpful to all guests, managers and fellow employees Maintain a professional work atmosphere and open communication with staff Resolving problems and customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner Maintain key control system Ensure all new and revised policies are implemented Must have open availability Benefits offered:
